Training

Personal training built for Evansville lifters

Three ways to work with James. All of them run at partner gyms across the Evansville area, and all of them start with an assessment.

01

1:1 Personal Training

For anyone who wants a coach watching every rep

Private sessions built around your strength, your schedule, and the gym you already use. Every session is programmed ahead of time and adjusted on the floor based on how you move that day.

  • Movement and strength assessment on session one
  • Programming written for your goal, not a template
  • Hands-on coaching for squat, hinge, press, and pull
  • Progress tracked session to session

02

Small-Group Strength

For 2 to 4 friends, partners, or teammates

The same coaching eye, split across a small group. You train the same block together while James scales the loading and the movements to each person in the room.

  • Groups capped at four so nobody trains unsupervised
  • Shared warm-up, individual loading
  • Strength and conditioning in one session
  • Lower cost per person than 1:1

03

Strength & Conditioning Blocks

For athletes and anyone training for a season or an event

Multi-week blocks that build a base, then sharpen it. Lifting, sprint and sled work, and recovery guidance organized into a plan with a start date and an end date.

  • Block written across 6 to 12 weeks
  • Speed, power, and work-capacity work
  • Deload weeks planned, not improvised
  • Check-ins between sessions

Pricing

Rates depend on how you train

Session length, 1:1 versus small group, and weekly frequency all change the rate, so James quotes it on the call rather than posting a number that would not apply to you.

Questions

Before your first session

Where do sessions take place?
At partner gyms across the Evansville area. James trains clients out of several locations and will work with the one closest to you or the one you already have a membership at.
Do I need to already be in shape?
No. Most people start because they are not. The first session sets a starting point that matches what your body can do today.
What does a session cost?
Pricing depends on session length, 1:1 versus small group, and how many sessions a week you want. Call or text for current rates.
Can I train with a friend or my partner?
Yes. Small-group strength runs with two to four people and costs less per person than 1:1.
How do I book?
Call or text 930-260-0082. Online booking is being set up and will be added here.
